The original building, dating back to the beginning of the 1900’s, was a typical Brescian farmhouse.
It was bought by the family after a fire and has been renovated numerous times.
The last renovation was completed this year and we can now offer three ground floor apartments for up to four adult guests, and a cot is available for every apartment.
The apartments are called ‘Senatore Cappelli’, ‘Begrano’ and ‘Gentilrosso’.
After entering the garden through the Bio Forester gate and a brief drive, on the left you will find 7 covered car park spaces free for our guests and a little further ahead, the building.
Immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees, the front of the building is kissed by the sun from the morning to the late afternoon…the perfect place to relax and get a suntan.
In front of every apartment there is a small reserved space with a table and sun umbrella where you can eat outdoors.
When you are tired of the sun you can sit in the back garden in the shade of the olive tree orchard to read a good book.
Leaving the building through the gate you can walk or cycle on the footpath to the beach, less than 500m away, or go to the nearby hamlet of Pieve Vecchia.
Here you can visit the ancient Valtenesi Church, also called Pieve, because of its Christening font, and which is the main church for the surrounding area.
In Pieve Vecchia you will find shops, pizzerias and restaurants and you can take a pleasant stroll whilst window-shopping.
The paved lakefront walk, which runs along the whole of the beach, is a wonderfully romantic place for an evening stroll, with pavement level lighting and benches to rest on while admiring the view.
On the horizon you will see the Isle of Garda on the left and Rabbit Isle on the right; a little further on to the right is the Rocca di Manerba promontory with its magnificent cross, illumintated at night, and the nature park a little further on.
