Food is a subject which is so important to us.
At the moment we are not able to offer our guests a served breakfast or a breakfast buffet including only our certified organic products from the local area, as we don’t have the appropriate space to do this in. However we can deliver products to your apartment in the morning and you can make a personal selection of the products you would like from the form we will give you, and then enjoy your breakfast in the apartment.
These are products that we produce on order, in order to deliver them fresh, and that we package in our own laboratory, or they are products from other organic producers in the area.
Those that show the trademark you see here on your left, are packaged using biodegradable and compostable wood pulp produced from certified wood (no de-forestation).
You can put the bag in the organic waste bin but remove the paper label as the glue is not compostable so the label has to go into non-recyclable waste.
