A valid identity document is required for registration and a deposit of 200,000 euros in cash and the communication of the number of a credit card (amongst those accepted listed above). Prepaid cards and American Express are not accepted.<\/p>\n
Minors under the age of 18 are not accepted unless accompanied by their parents.<\/p>\n
We ask parents to look after children in the public areas. A cot is available on request for 12 euros per day.<\/p>\n
It is not permitted to have friends or relatives to sleep overnight even if there are free beds available, unless authorized by the management.<\/p>\n
Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation<\/p>\n
The following hours of silence are to be observed at the accommodation so that whoever wishes to may rest:
\nFrom 11.00pm to 8.00am and from 1.00pm to 3.00pm<\/p>\n
Every unit has a free covered car park space reserved. A second car may be parked inside the residence where indicated.<\/p>\n
It is the guests\u2019 responsibility to open and close the gate at every use.<\/p>\n
We decline responsibility for any theft of personal objects made within the residence.
\nAny damage, theft or breakage of anything given to the guests to use in the apartments during their stay will be at the guests\u2019 expense and may be deducted from the cash deposit or from the credit card given on arrival.<\/p>\n
The guests using the apartments must be only those registered upon arrival.<\/p>\n
While paying your bill it will be necessary to also pay eur 0.50 per day per person holiday tax (applicable to all guests over 14 years old). A receipt will be given to you for your stay.<\/p>\n
Up until 14 days before arrival if the booking is cancelled 30% of the total cost of the holiday will be taken. The entire bill for the holiday will be taken if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
\nWhen making a booking guests are asked to pay 30% of the total cost. The total cost must be payed on or before 60 days before arrival by credit card or bank transfer, whereby we ask you to send a copy of the transfer. Last minute bookings may be made 48 hours before arrival and in this case the total amount of the holiday cost must be paid immediately by credit card.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
